Sometimes the world has an uncanny ability to make us feel very small. Despite this, I have always believed that there is a reason for being here and that growth is a choice.
The situations I am confronted with during my music career constantly confirm my deep interest in people and my passion to help others grow. As my own efforts towards self development have come alive there has been a corresponding interest in the self discovery expressed by others I come into contact with. I recently completed my Masters in Research psychology, focussing on the well-being of students. I am a certified life and business coach and endeavour to help others to reach a better understanding of who they themselves are and what they would like to be. I love people and their dreams; I believe that we have the resources inside ourselves to face the challenges that life brings our way. I believe in optimism, perseverence, dreams and hope.
